Charity Sofia is a 13 year old self-taught artist from Northeast Texas. 

Born in Ontario, Canada, Charity has loved to draw ever since she could hold a pencil. 

At 8 years old, Charity was introduced to the world of painting when she took a few lessons from Jodie Hart. Through YouTube tutorials, a plethora of library books, and hours of practice, she continues to learn new techniques while developing her own style. 

Charity’s favorite medium is watercolor, but has begun to dabble in the world of acrylics.  

She has been greatly inspired by Breezy Brookshire, Thomas Kinkade, John Patience, Beatrix Potter, and her friends Chloe and Libby.

In addition to painting, Charity also enjoys playing her violin, baking, spending time in Creation, and reading.
